Laugh and Learn Edu- Care/ Pre- School
Laugh and Learn is a privately owned pre-school founded by Connie Ngcaba in 1999 and cares for children from the ages of 18 months to 6 years old.
As a retired mid- wife, a mother and a grandmother; her passion for children and most importantly for quality education in her community of Amalinda in East London, inspired the creation of Laugh and Learn pre-school.
